PRIVATE BOOKINGS

What are the costs and what’s included?

Ground Floor Only: Just £100 for two hours! Enjoy access to about 50 classic arcade machines from the 80s to 2000s, plus pool tables, a dance machine, air hockey, and pinball! We can accommodate up to 30 guests, with a maximum of 20 children under 16 (adults are needed for supervision).

Both Floors: For £200, enjoy everything on the ground floor and more retro gems upstairs, like Robocop, Galaga, and Street Fighter 2, along with consoles like Switch, PS4, XBox, SNES and Sega Mega Drive. Maximum capacity is 50 guests.

Feel free to reach out if you have a larger group or special requests – we’re here to help! All games are free-play, so no need to worry about coins! Availability can change, so please check with us.

When can I book a party?

Private hire is available ONLY OUTSIDE OUR PUBLIC HOURS, which are:

  • Friday: 6 pm – 11 pm
  • Saturday: 12 pm – 8 pm
  • Sunday: 12 pm – 6 pm

Is there an age limit?

We love to host parties, but please note that we can’t accommodate groups with children under 8 years old. Little ones often can’t reach the controls and may lose interest. Younger siblings can join older groups if they’re supervised, but we recommend bringing children under 8 to our public sessions for closer supervision.

Do you provide food?

While we don’t have a kitchen just yet, we offer a selection of hot and cold drinks, crisps, sweets, and chocolate. You’re more than welcome to bring your own party food or order takeaway! We provide a table for your snacks, just help us keep the arcade tidy.

Can we bring alcohol to the private booking?

Please note that alcohol is not currently permitted on-site for private bookings or public sessions. However, we’re working towards obtaining an alcohol licence and setting up a bar in the future to enhance the experience for our guests.

How do I pay for the private booking?

To secure your booking, we ask for a £50 deposit within 7 days. The rest can be settled on the day, or you can pay in full upfront. We accept cash and card payments at the arcade, and online payment options are available.

If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch! We’re here to make your arcade experience unforgettable!
